What happens to unused time on my plan?
There are no minutes to lose. Every interview package gives you unlimited mock interviews within fair-use limits for its full length: 7, 30 or 90 days. If you buy another package before your access ends, the new days are added after your current end date. Practice as much as you need, whenever you need it.

How can I get a refund?
Email hello@revarta.com within 7 days (168 hours) of an interview package's first payment and we refund that package in full, even if you've already practiced. What counts is when your request reaches us, not when we process it. Lifetime Access is non-refundable once purchased.
